About lecturer
Webinar 1: 2 March 2020

The coronally advanced flap: surgical techniques for single and multiple recessions on natural teeth.

-Gingival recessions: pre-operative evaluations / classification
-Indications and contraindications for the coronally advanced flap
-Surgical technique for single recession
-Surgical technique for multiple recessions

Aim of this webinar is to show when and how the advancement of the pre-existing gingiva is a highly successful surgical procedure when covering gingival recessions is required.
Every kind of reconstructive surgery starts today from techniques aiming at the advancement of the flap in a coronal direction. Therefore surgical procedures using the pre-existing gingiva apical to the recession , both with vertical releasing incisions for the treatment of single root exposure and without for the treatment of multiple adjacent ones, are of great interest for the clinician. The course will illustrate different surgical procedures in different clinical situations in order to achieve predictable results in root coverage.

Webinar 2: 9 March 2020

The connective tissue graft: alternative surgical options for single and multiple recessions

- Gingival recessions: preoperative evaluations / classification -Indications and contraindications for the connective tissue graft
- Soft tissue harvesting techniques from the palate
- Surgical techniques (Envelope/Tunnel vs. conventional techniques with coronally or laterally positioned or double pedicle flap)
-Two-stage technique for the lower anterior area

Aim of this webinar is to show indications and practical procedures for available techniques of connective tissue graft on different clinical situations around natural teeth.
When changing a gingival biotype i required along with covering an exposed root, a connective tissue graft surgery is required. Several techniques, for covering single and multiple recessions and for harvesting soft tissue from the palate, are available. The course will illustrate different surgical procedures in different clinical situations in order to achieve predictable results in root coverage. Adverse effects ,especially on the palatal site. will be discussed and procedures to turn them in successful healing will be proposed.

Biomimetic Periodontology. How to restore health in the invisible way

- The choice of methods for treating gingival recession with preservation of color and structure
- Regenerative measures in the treatment of bone defects
- Ridge defects reconstruction
- Treating gingival hyperplasia to create a perfect and balanced smile
- Work with soft tissues around implants (single tooth, multiple and full arch situations)

Biomimetics is a term explaining the attempt to ‘copy or imitate’ nature. This also applies to dentistry as we commonly try to mimic the natural dentition in an attempt to restore or replace missing teeth. When this involves the soft and hard tissue the task becomes more complex and challenging.

In 1992 received the Master of Science in Dentistry in Periodontology.
Has since cooperated with different research groups at projects related to guided tissue regeneration, guided bone regeneration and implant dentistry.
He is author of more than 30 papers published in peer reviewed magazines, co-author of the book Bone Biomaterials and Beyond where he wrote the chapter on periodontal regeneration.
Active member of the Italian Academy of Esthetic Dentistry, of the European Society of Cosmetic Dentistry, Certified member of the Italian Society of Periodontology, International member of the American Academy of Periodontology.
Funding member and vice president of the Bone Biomaterials and Beyond Academy.
Has been a professor at the Master of second degree in Periodontology at Sapienza University of Rome since 2000, at the master in Implantology and prosthetics of the University of Pisa since 2010.

- How to plan and put into practice an esthetically successful full-arch case with an approach that is at the same time simple and effective;
- The rationale for the minimally invasive technique of placing implants to trait edentulous patients;
- Treatment concept easy to be used in the everyday practice.

Webinar 5: 13 April 2020

The management of patient with periodontal disease

- New treatments for periodontal disease
- Infection control in the treatment of periodontal disease
- The role of surgery in the treatment of periodontal disease

In the era of classical periodontology, success was considered as resolution of the disease including strategic extractions, the aim was to achieve PD reduction. The current definition of success in Periodontology is best expressed as “an effort towards preservation of natural dentition associated with patients’ well‐being” according to Pini Prato at all JCP 2019. New protocols in the management of the phase 1 for the treatment of periodontal disease can significantly improve the periodontal health and reducing the need for surgery. Also Periodontal surgery is deeply changed in the last few years because the aim is changed, and after the infection control the attention of the surgery is now on gain attachment level, and this is possible by means techniques that regenerate “attachment” rather then focus on bone or soft tissue only.

Webinar 6: 22 April 2020

Regeneration of the interdental attachment

- Prognosis of periodontally involved teeth
- Respect the biological healing time
- The most modern non-surgical and surgical approach to periodontal disease
- The new classification of Periodontal Disease
- The soft tissue management during a classic periodontal regeneration

After the new classification of periodontal disease in stages and grades, the challenge of the years ’20 is to reduce the stage of the periodontal disease, The most important clinical parameter for the new classification is the interdental attachment level. The new periodontal view doesn’t consider the Pocket Dept or the Gingival recession separately but together. Surgically we stop to think to the infrabony defect alone, but we do consider the phenotype of the soft tissue and in case we add plastic regenerative concepts in order to gain interdental attachment level.

Today working in his own Clinic and Oral Surgery Academy
One of the most interesting young European clinicians. His work is innovative, brave and in some places extreme. Dr. Yadach does what many other doctors are afraid to do (due to lack of knowledge and, as a result, the inability to predict the result.
A lot of interesting finds and “chips”, new non-standard approaches to the well-known methods, beautiful aesthetics and fine work – these are the main characteristics of Radoslaw Yadach.
Radoslaw is one of the first doctors who applied the technique of alveolar decortication as a pre-orthodontic treatment using a piezoelectric surgery. He first created a classification system for anatomical indications for sinus lift operations with palatine access.
